Over the weekend I had my 8th grade banquet. This banquet is basically the highlight of the year, even when I was in 6th grade I always looked forward to going to banquet. Finally it came and I got to go to it. Let me just say it was a blast, I had so much fun with all of my friends! We danced and wathed our 8th grade montage video which almost made me cry. It will be hard to leave middle school but I look forward to the journey ahead in high school, although I will forever remember the fun I had at 8th grade banquet. 

More Snow!!

 (and this time it really is snow)

Ok so I don't know what's going on but I think we are in a giant snow globe and somebody keeps shaking it! So last week it iced and snowed not very much but we missed Monday and Tuesday and half a day wednesday of school. Then Friday it snowed more and we went home early from school, now this week on Thursday it really did snow so we missed Thursday and Friday of this week! All I can say is I love texas becasue we pretty much go through every season in a week.  

Spring Break

So it's almost spring break and I'm really excited! I really need a break from school and track because even though I love it going to school all day then running 8 200's is very tiring. Sadly I will not be going skiing this year which makes me sad, so instead we are going to austin to see my absoutlty aborable cousins.  Thought I'd just share this photo because for me behind it there are so many memories and happy times! :) 

SNOW IN TEXAS?!?!

So it snowed! More liked iced and sleeted but we texans take that as snow. Plus when it ices in Texas that means like 2 days of no school!!! The first thing I did when I found out we didn't have school I called up tow of my closest friends for hot coca, snowballs fights, and bonding. You could say my week has been going pretty well. 

Happy Valentines Day

This was my Valentine :)

We love Valentines Day at the Ball house, it's always a fun day filled with little surprises and treats.  This year for breakfast we had pink biscuits and bacon and the table was all decorated.  Then for dinner we had steak and lobster and again the table was decorated then we exchanged our gifts and letters of love for each other. I got chocolate strawberries, some other candy, and some new makeup. Now that valentines day has passed spring is on it's way and I'm very excited!

Christmas Time is Here

 Christmas has invaded our house and frankly I'm ok with that.  I've finally been able to get into the Christmas spirit since I've been stressing over finals for the past 2 weeks, but school is finally out and now I'm acting like a Christmas maniac! My favorite part of Christmas is watching old home videos when I was little ( let me just say they crack me up), also my favorite part is seeing other peoples faces as they open the gifts that I have gotten them or just any gift. I love to see their face light up and a huge smile appears on their face from ear to ear! What is your favorite part of Christmas? Leave a comment telling me!! 

             The Oklahoma Cabin trip

  I tried to teach them Mauwe and they loved it even though we ended up getting a little carried away

I loved going to Oklahoma with my friends it was so much fun!! We stayed in this little cabin in the forest by the river and we had such a great time growing closer together and enjoying the time with each other.  We went to a folk festival and got to see baby chicks and lots of other little animals. Plus we saw all types of local goodies. We went fishing which was super fun although it was freezing and after about 35 minutes of nothing I just stopped bating my hook and then I caught a fish, crazy right! (so the trick to fishing is not to bait your hook)  Also another crazy thing is MURDER was written backwards in the bathroom mirror so when your took a shower and it steamed up you saw REDRUM in the mirror we think it was the people in the cabin before us playing a practical joke which it defiantly freaked us out.  I look forward to going back to share more laughs and memories with my closest friends.
